How do I Track my Order?

As soon as your order is shipped, tracking will be emailed to the email address you provided. You can track your package from the link provided in this email.

How long does shipping normally take?

All orders are shipped via FedEx, USPS, UPS or DHL. Shipping normally takes 2-5 business days depending on your region. For international orders, please allow 7-21 business days for delivery.

Return Policy

Returns

You can return most new unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, (unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable). Items must be returned in the original packaging; new, unopened and unused condition. You need to complete the return section on your order's packaging slip and send it to us with your new, unopened, and unused item.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are opened, in a used condition, or beyond 30 days of delivery may not be returned. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our intake department, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the returned item is accepted after our inspection, then your refund will be processed. You will receive a refund at the original purchase price, plus sales tax if applicable. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or in the original payment method within 14 business days.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at kravesauce@gmail.com.


Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.


Damaged Goods

If your product arrives damaged, please reply to your order confirmation email with pictures of your damaged goods and we will replace the damaged item(s).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (packing slip).


Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
